Edgewood Group Family Services, a non profit mental health agency founded by William Travis Crocker, provides quality services to children, adolescents, adults and their families to tackle the serious issues they face. Since 2004, we address the problems that will reduce the risk of having a child or adult being removed from their home due to behavioral and emotional stress,homelessness, undiagnosed emotional disorders, neglect, legal issues and abuse or other serious family problems.  Edgewood Group LLC, a private REIT,  specializes in purchasing luxury homes ($1 million or more) that are underwater or distressed, via short sale. Edgewood Group LLC is a  Virginia based company with offices at 4906 Fitzhugh Ave Suite 104  Richmond Virginia.  It was established in 2004 by Wm. Travis Crocker.   Edgewood Group LLC, engages in the purchase, rehab , rental and sale of real estate. Organization Structure As a Limited Liability Company, Edgewood Group is owned and led by Wm. Travis Crocker. Edgewood Group is organized as an LLC and is designed to be a small business for the founder, Wm. Travis Crocker.  Crocker has extensive construction project management experience, a BA in Sociology from the University of Richmond and is the sole founder of a nonprofit mental health counseling business for children, adolescent boys and girls and adults.  His focus on customer loyalty, satisfaction and values are the driving force behind Edgewood Group LLC.  Edgewood Groups’ day-to-day operations is run by Crocker, who has over 20 years of successful experience in real estate and counseling.
